That's why our farming system at Waye Farm is totally focused on achieving a natural, low stress environment for all our animals. We treat our animals with kindness and respect. We care about our land, and environment. That's one of the reasons why Waye Farm is registered with the Soil Association. Our organic status formally recognises the high welfare standards at Waye Farm.

Happy animals living in an environment that allows them to behave and socialise naturally, ultimately means meat with great texture and flavour. That's why we're called The Marbled Meat Co!

It is also very important that our animals are born and reared at the farm. They do not travel many miles to and from other farms and markets. The local abattoir involves a journey of less than 30 minutes.
