Welcome to our Marbled Meat Co website. We are Katie and Graham Pearse, third generation of the Pearse family to farm at Waye Farm on the edge of Dartmoor in Devon.

High welfare, low stress, environmentally friendly, organically farmed, traditional meats available for nationwide delivery.

The Marbled Meat Co, is a complete family farm business, producing great tasting traditional beef, lamb and pork, farmed and fed exclusively by us.We deliver nationwide to your door. 

A little about us... 

Katie: I grew up in the East Anglian village of Chrishall, I went to school in Saffron Walden, a lovely small market town and I was a member of the local farm club, at school. Although I am not from a farming background, I love the countryside and I am enjoying my "farming journey", and steep learning curves on the way!

The Farmer, Graham: I am Devon "born and bred". I am passionate about farming, and started breeding my own livestock when I was at school. I have worked in agriculture all my working life, I have also worked at my Uncle's butchers shop, where I first became interested meats, and making available our own meats direct to the consumer. I have recently completed a Butchery Course so as I can be as involved as possible with the processing of our meats.

It was a natural choice for us to bring our great tasting traditional meats back to Katie's family and friends in East Anglia. As all good businesses should, demand grew through word of mouth, and now we make regular monthly deliveries of our range of traditional meats – beef, lamb and pork, with extra treats at Christmas.

We deliver nationwide, and whenever possible we deliver ourselves with a monthly drive up to Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Essex . And of course, you can also buy our meat in Devon!

Waye Farm is a Soil Association certified organic farm.
